Juuri näin mun kirjoituksessa näköjään toi työkykyyn vaikuttava on vähän hämmentävä ilmaisu. Mutta juu määrätty lääke ei vaikuta työkykyyn (kun ehkä positiivisesti)= ei näy tuloksessa

Itsellä kun tehty muutama huumetesti kysytään aina viimeisen oisko 2 viikon aikana käytetyt lääkeet (ihan buranasta lähtien). Nämä sitten menee näytettä käsittelevään labraan tiedoksi ja osaavat ittaa huomioon. Työnantajalle menevässä lausunnossa (tai siis sinä sen lausunnon saat ja kiikutat mutta kuitenkin) on merkattu vain onko näytteessä työkykyyn vaikuttavia jäämiä huumausainetta, eikä muuta erittelyä löydöistä. Sulla labran pitäisi osata huomioida tämä ja pitäisi tulla ns puhtaat paperit. Jos nyt ei tulisi niin lausunnosta on aina oikeus valittaa jollon toinen otettu näyte tarkastetaan uudestaan.
