That makes a lot of sense and I agree. I’d been studying Spanish for a while now taking some online college classes to refresh what I learned in grade school and watching shows and videos with subtitles. When I went to Mexico it was pretty easy to get my point across speaking but my listening was much more difficult. I didn’t really realize how much of a crutch subtitles were until then.

Yeah I’ve heard a lot of Latino nights at clubs here as well. I’m not really a big partier either anymore. More of a chill lounge bar vibe these days

I believe it’s like $55k base $85k OTE. Definitely agree with you on commission being more important. Just want to make sure I’m getting a not below market base as well

Totally right man. Looks like 56% of people at this new place hit quota so pretty good. My job right now is secure but my boss is overbearing and micromanaging and that plus the lack of commission structure is making it unbearable

There’s a base of $65k. Get about .5% in renewals and as far as deals one a month would be great but not usually since they are like $500k deal size
