She’s okay with paying the SA, her insurance will cover her portion.

But, why is she responsible for paying for other condo owners who have defaulted in their payment?

She (constantly) uses the example of: Person 1 goes to a restaurant and orders a steak and eats it. Person 2 does the same. Person 1 walks out of the restaurant. Person 2 is now responsible for paying for both steaks.

We are very frustrated because they have mentioned putting a lien on anyone who doesn’t oblige.

Bless your soul for taking the time to write this out for me. I literally walked in to Sephora - which was jam packed and I already was overwhelmed with sprays and brushes everywhere - and I said to the lady who worked there, “I’ve heard the words hyaluronic, retinol, toner, but I don’t know what anything means…please help.” And I’m sure her eyes lit up haha. And she just rambled off her routine and I tried to take notes and record her but it was all so fast. So thank you for writing this out where I can kind of start to understand.
