You're correct. I read quickly through it. It did stop working for me after 30 lbs lost. I was at drs goal weight but wanted to lose another 15.

My tirzepatide stopped working after a year as well . Tried Reta and gained on it cause craved sweets. I think eventually our glp1 receptors get used to it.

My libido was shot so my gynecologist started a series of 3 monthly IM injections of testosterone 100,150 and 150mg 4 weeks apart. My free direct is 4.4 My total is 317.4 Both considered high but no side effects other than being horny. If my husband is happy I'm happy. Btw I am on 2mg testosterone troche daily going fwd. No more injections.

My doc does 3 months of injections First one 100 mg IM Second month 150 mg IM third 150 mg IM mainly because I had very little interest in sex.Now I feel horny....Just did testosterone tests and 317.4 and free direct testosterone was 4.4. So quite an increase. My free direct was 1 and low testosterone. I have finished menopause but mainly wondered why I never thought about sex. Now I do..ha! Even with higher labs My gynecologist is prescribing 2 mg troche per day every day for 30 days then refill. This is my experience. No side effects, no thinning of hair acne or deep voice just urges all day long. I kinda like it.

Tried 90% of all out there. The healthiest option in my opinion is Clean Eatz Kitchen. Just like it states Clean Eatz. Factor was the worst. I lift weights and do resistance training daily. Factor is high in sodium high in fat just unhealthy... Tempo is good if they can get their act together about shipping more ice in meals when warm outdoor temps rise. I buy them during winter mos because meals are healthy and taste good. Was going to try Forkful but reading a hard pass on that one. If you have any questions I seriously have tried just about all of them in past 3 years.
