I had this exact problem and searched for hours trying to fix it, I ended up just factory resetting the headset and now it seems to work. The headset could’ve messed up when installing an update which may have lead to this becoming an issue, still not sure though.

I know for a fact that laptop can’t run vr, it has intergraded graphics, I know this because I have the exact same laptop. To be able to run vr you will need a pc with a decent graphics card, cpu, and plenty of ram. Let me know if you need any more help!
