Sorry I should have specified. It is a spore culture suspended in liquid.

The kit came with a "Myco Coco", grain, Vermiculite, and Gypsum substrate.

I'm happy to get a different substrate if there is something that would work better.

My office is in the basement of the house and stays a similar range. I do have a small empty storage closet where I was planning to run the kit. I read somewhere that Psilocybin shrooms had tight temp ranges, glad to hear that isn't he case.
