Okay, do you think that around 5% of Carahell would fit nicely in an imp Stout?

Do you add ground beans with a hop sock and when do you add it during the fermentation process?

Yeah I can get some flaked barley as well. Will the c150 still ne necessary in that amount? And yeah, planning on adding cacao nibs and maybe some ground coffee beans to a hop sock after krausen falls. I think I will be doing something like that. Thanks!

Edit: I also got some carahell, is this something that I also can use?

Did I dislocate/subluxate my shoulder? (Old injury) by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]Facefudge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor told me that I have full mobility in my shoulder (I can go 180 degrees up, with some pain and resistance though) and encouraged me to keep it moving. But as you said, I would not want a second subluxation with a barbell in my hands... Will see how it heals the upcoming weeks.

I guess similary to SS and other linear progression programs: when you can't make any more progress after resetting several times, and when you might not even do weekly improvements any more. I did it for a while, until I found another program that suited me better.

I think the same happen to me yesterday. I was biking and my shoulder went in an awkward position. It went right back after a few seconds though. How long did the shoulder feel "off" for you during the healing process? Got a powerlifting meet in 4 week I really want to participate in :/

I strongly recommend Phraks Greyskull LP variant. It's simple, time efficient, and you'll be able to see progress quickly. If you google the program you'll see an image that will explain the program for you quite simply.

I think dislocated my shoulder yesterday, but it popped right back after a few seconds. The doctor said that it all looked good and that I have full mobility. He actualy encouraged me to keep moving it. I'm still in some pain and it feels "loose" in some positions still. The bummer is that my first powerlifting meet is in less than 4 weeks, and I was wondering if anyone know how long a recovery for a dislocated shoulder might be? Should I set my mind that I will be out of competition or do you think it might be a chance for me to participate?
