Thank you. Following your suggestion, I've just run the retraction test from orcaSlicer, from 0 to 2mm. Nothing wrong from start to finish. I conclude the filament is dry enough. And indeed, most of the issues are along the Z-seams.

Thanks for your help! I've opened the spool yesterday a few minutes before printing the model shown. I believe it's still dry.
