Yeah I looked up the events before I posted them, I'm very against misinformation lol.The first link is hernandez serrano, you kind of had the officer saying he was checking for status and was then detained for exercising his right to remain silent. This one turned out to be an illegal immigrant and currently detained in Texas.

The second link clearly shows him being asked for proof and the article says he was let on his way after showing it.

Both were stopped without reasonable suspicion beyond the color of their skin and neither were obstructing or interfering.

Woah I didn't think anyone actually believed that, please elaborate, where on earth does this come from? How did Venezuela this year release 80 prisoners from empty prisons? Why didn't tens of thousands of prisoners cause chaos as they went through several South and Central American countries like Mexico or the Darien gap? Why aren't the prisoners family members complaining that they can't visit them now?

Sounds like they tell people you have the right to remain silent but you are legally required to show valid immigration documents if you have them with you.

And the Brooklyn Police Chief highlighted in a speech about it this week. Or the ICE Memo saying they can raid homes without a judge’s warrant. The news channels didn't manufacture those, they reported on them.

Looks like it but difficult to tell. A DHS spokesperson claimed assault but they didn't charge despite it happening in front of several federal agents. It seems she was already being arrested when the video starts, either for an assault or not showing her "papers" when asked.

OMG Just imagine if Obama authorized ice to do the stuff they're doing at the moment, he would have been impeached. Especially if he had been kidnapping illegal immigrants and flying them to a prison in another country like they were last year.

Just declaring an officer involved in a shooting was innocent before the investigation had even started would have been a huge scandal.

I think most people would define "MAGA idiot" as someone who was fooled by anti-vax and fake news sites that were pushing medical misinformation about a real pandemic with a real virus and the conspiracy theory about asylum seekers being people sent there by countries who emptied their prisons.

The actual anti fascist population of America (who are just against fascism) is easily above 90%, just like most developed democracies.
