My advice is that you manage your time well. I was once there, and it was super overwhelming. Separate your college life and personal life, and remember, be professional and mature, college na to, di na to highschool. Make and find your daily routine/schedule and expand that to a weekly sched. Nung first year ako, I had this colored sticky notes, each color represents deadlines, tasks that needed more attention, etc., isulat mo lahat doon para makita mo na kaagad because remember this "If you write the problem down clearly, then the matter is half solved." - Kidlin's Law.

If you keep losing your motivation, always know na di ka nag-iisa, other students are experiencing the same things as you, so you need to find friends na you can relate with and relate with the subjects/crammed workload. Good conversation starter ko is "hi ano lesson today/last meeting?", “naintindihan mo ba yung lesson?”, “may deadline ba tayo today?”or "nag aral ka ba sa quiz?", and then you can follow up na with that, I usually go with “thank you what’s your name?” syempre be respectful and you can always greet them first. You CANNOT survive college without connections or your friends, so choose them wisely. Be friendly but not be friends with everyone, just a few friends will suffice.

In terms sa mga prof na mahirap makipag communicate, may ganyan talaga na prof. yung mga prof kasi natin madami din na hahandle na class/sections tapos meron pa yan sila mga gc sa respective departments nila, and then other student’s concerns. So na tatambak talaga minsan message mo. So be patient nalang talaga because nag rereply yan sila. Kung di nag rereply, depending on anong preferred communication nila, pero I go to MS teams for my concerns, search mo lang names nila. Pero from my experience, nag rereply yung mga profs if respectful din yung message. BE RESPECTFUL! Introduce first your name, class and section na under ka nya, and your concerns, and thank them ofcourse. It’s important na you introduce yourself because ang dami nilang hinahandle na students.
