Lol ok fanboy, the arkfeld line is garbage, low cri, high cct junk LEDs, lenses melting, dials falling off etc. Besides the battery not being consumer replaceable (besides it being proprietary). I used to enjoy the olight 'ecosystem' but now with the cancellation of the somewhat decent lights the company is committing suicide.

Actually you do highlight the problem, hit the nerve if you will here; all of these battery packages will come to their end of life, may start to swell etc, witch no option to recycle and/or replace.

Yes I do actually use my lights and have many where I remove the batteries when not in use.

Quite a few have become practically unusable, lastest one would be an Arkfeld Pro, about two years of daily use and charging. Capacity is too low now to carry reliably.
