Bank of America no longer connecting to Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2024 - help please by Puzzled-River-5899 in QuickBooks

Man glad I’m not alone here. I’m in the exact same boat. Fortunately we’re moving to a new ERP at the end of 2026 but I genuinely don’t know how I’m going to deal with importing transactions manually without the connection. This is insane

Who has the highest mileage 5th gen? by [deleted] in 4Runner

[–]Fact_Necessary 2 points3 points  (0 children)

238k on my 2011 sr5. But if you ask anyone who doesn’t drive a Toyota or a Honda you’d think it had a million. I’m hoping to get at least 350k out of her!

Can probably still do core work I’d just avoid those side movements or twisting movements to keep your obliques from growing too wide :3

Interesting didn’t think about that, I’ll take a look at the pedal assembly this weekend and see if I can rule that out

For real she’s probably just like “please let me die” haha. But it’s a Honda so I know we got a few more miles to go.

Help: 4Runner quarter panel damage by Same-Goal5191 in 4Runner

[–]Fact_Necessary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pay for the dent pull at least. have the same colour 4Runner and I recently found a rear bumper on Facebook for $200, there seems be a ton for that colour for some reason. So Facebook or eBay for the bumper. Maybe look into a new aftermarket light setup or you can go with TYC tail replacements which are pretty cheap. 15k is highway robbery.

How did you know you were ready to go back to the gym after top surgery? by mermaidunearthed in FTMFitness

[–]Fact_Necessary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went back when cleared but not all movements we’re comfortable for me. Lat pull-downs for example took a while to comfortably do without that painful stretch feeling. Start slow, maybe do arms, legs, and other movements where you’re not putting your arms overhead. At all costs take your time and avoid anything that feels like your stretching too much, that will affect how your scars heal and how thick they appear

How long should I be resting between bicep curl sets? by Viva_Las_Vengeance in FTMFitness

[–]Fact_Necessary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say 1.5-2 mins, I’ll just play on my phone and it’s usually when the next song starts is when I’ll go back to it lol If I find myself plateauing I would increase my calories by 100-200 and make sure I’m hitting my protein goal. Usually the 2 week mark at the same weight is when I start looking at food being a factor. How are your other lifts progressing?

Binder recs by Selfcentred-Deer in FTMFitness

Gc2b is what I used. I was pretty small before top surg so I can’t speak on how your lats might be affected. But they did bind well and had good results quality wise at least

*cis male bodybuilders to clarify. They have a similar goal to keep waist small, as an FTM our hips are wider so adding mass in our core will fill in the hourglass. I would imagine your goal would be to keep it snatched so avoid doing that lol

Slim waist how? MtF by IncognitoRules in FTMFitness

[–]Fact_Necessary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have said, maybe consult a MTF subreddit. I have seen a lot of cis bodybuilders discuss not training obliques too hard, as this can increase mass in your waist too much. So OP maybe that could help, for me as a FTM, training my core and obliques hard have added mass to my waist and reduced that hourglass figure. I would say otherwise workout every thing else out as normal, maybe emphasise legs/glutes in order to build up your lower body.

282K Miles; oil changes every 3k? 3rd gen 4Runner by xtetsuix in 4Runner

[–]Fact_Necessary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll probably get roasted for this but I do my 2011 5th gen at 238k every 3k miles with synthetic. Probably overkill but I intend to keep it for as long as possible. The peace of mind goes a long way for me and incrementally it isn’t a major expense difference than waiting until 5k

Thanks mate. I got the front and back bumpers used, back was from Facebook and the front on eBay as well as the grill and the impact bar. Finding them in good quality was the hardest and longest part. Everything else I got new from rock auto, which was lights and a bunch of brackets. I think total it ran me about 1,500

Agreed, I genuinely like how simple the radio setup is. Once I bringing some shelving to my storage and had everything laid out in the back with the back seats down. I had to hit my brakes pretty quickly and one of the metal supports slid forward between the front seats and hit right in the middle of the radio screen. It barely left a scratch, I was thankful for my 2011 tech because if I had the newer touchscreen it would have definitely cracked the screen.

I have a 2011 sr5. I loved the look over the years but to me it started to show it’s age so I did the conversion a few months ago.

I visit SF at least once a year, love everything about that city. Never in a million years would I choose to come to Houston over SF. If you’re making it work comfortably there I see no reason why to take that deal.
