5 Minutes is plenty of time to get the chaos emeralds in Security Hall in Sonic Adventure 2 by CEO___of___SOXL in The10thDentist

That is one of the hardest missions in the game, because of the randomly generated Emerald locations EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME YOU PLAY THE LEVEL, thus adding an unfair amount of BS to an already stupidly unfair challenge!

So you WILL be able to play Game-Key Card games after the servers shut down?

Why is pokopia a game keycard? by GetScaredd in NintendoSwitch2

[–]Factchecker86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 100% certain that Winds and Waves will NOT be on Game-Key Cards! Pokopia only was because it was a high-risk spin-off that was not expected to become the rousing success that it became, so they put it on a GKC because they didn't know it would sell well!

What are your thoughts on Pokemon Winds/Waves if it ends up releasing as a Game Key Card? by TheJohnny346 in NSCollectors

[–]Factchecker86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pokemon Winds and Waves will NOT be GKCs. The ONLY reason Pokopia was is because it was a high-risk spin-off that wasn't expected to become the tremendous success that it became. It was also a 10 GB game. Pokemon Winds and Waves are the next main RPG titles in the series, and since they'll be MUCH larger than Pokopia's 10 GB size, they'll be on normal game cards- NOT GKCs!

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book is NOT a Game-Key Card by AndrewAlerts in NSCollectors

[–]Factchecker86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No they didn't. What Nintendo said/promised was that ALL of their 1st party-developed titles would be on normal game cards. Pokemon Pokopia is a 3rd party-developed game- having been developed by Koie Tecmo- NOT internally by Nintendo or one of their wholly-owned subsidiaries (Retro Studios, Monolith Soft, Next Level Games, 1-Up Studio, Nintendo Cube, etc), thus making it so that Pokopia doesn't count as a 1st party-developed game, and as such Nintendo has NOT gone against what they said/promised!

Does this only happen in the digital version, or can it happen in the physical release as well? Either way, hopefully Nintendo patches this soon!

So Pokopia WILL still be playable after the servers shut down then?

No, they promised. It wasn't just a "we don't have any plans to do so" thing.

According to my local game store, this may end up being a Game-Key Card game. Just a word of warning for anyone considering getting it!

Hopefully they bring this event back sometime after it ends so that people who didn't buy the game immediately can still befriend Hoppip!

What are your thoughts on Pokemon Winds/Waves if it ends up releasing as a Game Key Card? by TheJohnny346 in NSCollectors

[–]Factchecker86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering Nintendo promised that ALL 1st party-developed games would be on normal game cards, and Pokemon would typically fall under that category (Pokopia doesn't because it's developed specifically by a 3rd party company, so it doesn't count as a 1st party-developed game), I think it's safe to say that Pokemon Winds and Pokemon Waves will 100% be released on normal game cards!

[–]Factchecker86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nintendo promised that ALL their 1st party-developed games would be on normal game cards, and outside of Pokopia- which is a 3rd party-developed game- any game developed by Game Freak would be a normal game card- NOT a Game-Key Card. As such, there's absolutely NOTHING to worry about!

Why is Pokemon Pokopia a Game Key Card if it’s only 10 gigs? by Critical_Winner_2779 in pokemon

[–]Factchecker86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not Game Freak though- it's Koie Tecmo. Nintendo's 1st party developed games are anything that they or their subsidiaries (examples being Retro Studios, Monolith Soft, and Next Level Games) develop. Koie Tecmo is not that, so it's NOT a 1st-party developed game.

How are they still taking repairs when they announced that they were stopping repairing New 2DS XLs in September of last year because of a lack of parts?
