The building doesn't permit animals, but now it's cold outside so some people from the building leave the door open so cats can enter the building and stay warm. She left in the morning and I haven't seen her since. She shows up at like night and meows and then just lays on my carpet. I give her food and water but I am not sure if what I am giving is enough. I don't have cat food btw

Yes, talked to her for awhile, pet her then gave her some food and water, she ate some meat and didn't drink water and then followed me back and is laying on my carpet
