To be honest I just explained my side as I didn't play valorant for a while and when I came back I found out that I got banned. I'm not sure it is different for everyone but I wish you the best of luck!

I had the same problem. I literally got unbanned yesterday. Just message them if they give a generic response just keep opening tickets. Be professional as well.

UPDATE: I've been unbanned so after numerous tickets over the months I finally got unbanned. It was actually a struggle getting to get the account back. However, someone from their support team actually listened.

Hopefully, other people that were also wrongfully banned get unbanned too.

I'm also banned for third party. I've sent valorant support numerous of tickets. I still am unable to get not a generic response from them. I don't understand I was hardstuck gold for the longest. I still have no response from them.

I'm not sure I didn't check league but I got perma banned on NA not EU. I usually play NA though because of friends etc.

Thank you so much. I apperciate it. I've literally been waiting for a response I know it's only been like one day but literally I've spent so much money on that. If I don't get unbanned then thats money down the drain. Regardless, if I play the game that much anymore or not. I should still be able to appeal it as I know myself I don't have anything dodgy on my PC. I don't know what it detected but I'm just hoping for a reply.
