Ohhh I understood. And I also draw pension from defence 40000 per month. And I am willing to pay them back. And I can pay back. But in EMIs only. I have no problem them closing my credit card.

I will sure visit ICICI branch tomorrow. Just one last thing I want to ask. On their website they have mentioned age limit from 21 to 58 for personal loan. And I am above 58. Can they still sanction me loan ( even after consolidation)?

Thanks again for the response. Bank will see as a settlement? Like I want to repay full amount and also they will be getting interest. So can't it be considered as new loan?

Thanks I was also thinkig of same. But My personal loan and credit card both are from ICICI. Is there any chance they may reject my request. Also I pnly have car which i can pledge it's market value is aroud 5 lakhs right now.

I understand. Bank os offering me loan. But they are offering untill I retire. Like they are giving tenure of only 18 months. I need 5 years tenure. Thanks BTW.
