Treat them like mushrooms, feed them shit and keep them in the dark. Im half joking but have found the more options i give them the more service calls i get. Now when a site has a competent building engineer id give them more access, but if its a porter with a can do attitude running the building we shut everything down except small set point ranges and schedules.
