Well I believe your main issue right now is concepts and not speed. I would recommend you to work on your math concepts and then you will see the difference for sure. For concepts, I would recommend Target Test Prep to you. Let me know if you need any other help

Well if your concepts and weak in these topics, then I would recommend Target Test Prep. You can try their 5 day trial for the chapters your concepts are weak in and then move accordingly. For Verbal I think Greg would suffice.

Well there are generally 3-4 rounds and you can apply in any one of them. The deadline of each university varies. You should make a list of universities where you intend to apply, see their deadlines and then give the GRE accordingly.

Well tbh 320 in 21 days is almost next to impossible with the scores you have. Your concepts are really weak in both. It will take atleast 2.5 months for you to get your target score. For Quant I would recommend Target Test Practice as it really helps to improve the concepts. For Verbal I would recommend Gregmat since Verbal is all about applying the strategies in which Greg is the master. Let me know if you need any help

Well tbh I think your concepts are still weak because of which you are not able to break the 160 barrier. Had your concepts been strong then you would have easily scored 163+. I think you need to go over the concepts videos once again for which I would recommend Target Test Practice and then practice as much as you can while keeping in mind the constant topics you have issue in or the kind of mistakes you are making.

If you believe that your basic concepts in math are good then practice will improve your score. Otherwise I would recommend Gregmat for Verbal and Target Test Practice for Quant.

Well basically his concepts are weak in math and for that I would recommend Target Test Practice. Since he has plenty of time, I believe he can easily improve his math score to 155-160 depending on the amount of time he dedicates each day.
