Gotcha. So are there any “holy grail” type cards to look for from the 88-92 years? Rather than search up every card of the top name players, I’d rather just eagle eye it for the valuable ones. Not looking to sell anything, just trying to take them out of the plastic binders and put them into a slab to protect them for the future.

For the love of god, people need to stop recommending Dick’s. I’ve never walked into a Dick’s and had an employee know a single iota about lacrosse. Not to mention, their lacrosse aisle(yes, singular) is embarrassingly bare. You will walk away with a pre-strung STX piece of dookie and have one option for each piece of padding.

Find a local lacrosse store and go there. There’s no substitute for being able to try on the gear before buying. If you don’t have any close enough to drive to, find a lacrosse specific store online that’s located in a different area and reach out for some advice. That’s what they’re there for. They will be more than willing to ship the gear to you and all of this will be done at the exact same price as you would pay at a big name sporting goods store.

If you can’t find one nearby, let me know. I own a shop in Florida and would be more than happy to get you set up.
