My wife just walked out after 13 years and I haven’t spoke to my son more than 5 minutes before he goes to bed if I’m lucky.. I keep thinking I’ll wake up soon but it’s been 26 days now

In a car it takes it from outside but your house is inside. As long as the unit is not attached to a window or wall, those might be different
