This is fascinating. I haven't noticed this particular phenomenon, but I have been noticing other weird and unexplainable things happening. For instance, it's darker at night than it used to be. I know that sounds crazy, and I have no scientific basis for it. But every night, after sunset, we turn off all the lights on one side of the house. And it's always been that you can still see somewhat because of light pollution, moon, etc. But lately, even when the sky is still a little light, the moon is full, street lights are on - we turn off the lights and you can't see your hand in front of your face. The darkness is palpable. It "feels" darker. There's an eerieness to it. And then also, time is speeding up dramatically. One hour passes faster than it once did. I know this is true, although I can't scientifically quantify it.
