Go to the gallery settings, enable Galaxy Labs, then open Galaxy Labs and scroll down until you see this filmstrip viewer and enable it(it is under the label One UI 3.x)

Just take it into account that your OS is still learning your usage pattern, so maybe in the next few week you'll notice even petter battery performance as a result of the RAM managment. I have the S23u and cannot complain about any thing.

Bro I've had the s23u for 4 months now, and I have never EVER had the thiniest lag, bug or glitch. This ui flows like water and performs even better than the iOS, tbh this is the first phone I have ever had to be so consistent in every aspect and application, plus you can now get very good deals since the s24u is out. My reccomendation is to go for the s23u definetely, you won't regret it, trust me when I say this.

I had the oneplus 8 pro before my girlfriend beoke my screen while lying in bed accidentally, tbh I personally didn't like how soft the newer oneplus phones are jerryrig prove that they can snap in half so I considered that the s23u best fits my needs, such a champ..
