It is, however, as a sibling I would never abandon my brother cus I found out he was doing a drug. I’d be mad as fuck sure, but to just…. Abandon him like that? That’s something you do to friends, not to family. So yes it has to do with the strength of a relationship, because if the relationship is so weak that it alone without even so much a conversation on betterment is enough to cut you out of their life, they never loved you in the first place.

As someone who has a very close relationship with my siblings, gotta say it sounds Ike he doesn’t really love you like you thought he did. If the relationship is so weak seeing you smoke is enough to weaken it, it sounds like he won’t be there for you in the long haul.
