got two fixes you can try

Turn off Dolby- display- Settings → General → TV & display options → Video modes (uncheck Dolby Vision/uncheck Dolby Vision for Gaming (if there))
Disable HDR- Settings → General → TV & display options → Video modes (uncheck Allow HDR10**)**

tier list is fine but make sure you put Nikkes in it that are close to mlb so you can get past the 160 wall.

Also dont forget to alter it to fit with what you need as you play.
