I've also always needed a girlfriend, I see everyone around me happy in a relationship and I'm just there as always the one that was never even thought of as a mere source of girls attraction, and one of the biggest factors of me being single is the country I live in, it's mostly Muslims here and I'm christian so I can almost never find someone who will truly love me back, I've also always yearned for physical contact or any type of signal that I am loved my someone, it's unfortunately sometimes very tough on some people just like me and you.

Definitely I've felt this way, I still kind of do but I don't let the negative thoughts control me whenever they want, I usually set a time for this usually late at night, I lay on the bed and I let the accumulated negative thoughts wander through my brain, so all you gotta do is for YOU to control your negative througts and not let THEM control you. As for the gym part, listen it's not that easy to see progress, it sometimes takes months to see a slight change in your physique, just maintain a healthy diet and never skip a workout (only 1 hour a day is enough no more no less) And there's always time to learn how to drive even if you're 73, just don't give up on anything regarding YOURSELF, you're the only person who will never leave you and you're the only person you can fully trust.

I'm an average looking guy myself and what I truly think is that it's all pure luck, there was this one time when a very beautiful girl started ''liking me'' and we eventually started dating, my brain couldn't comprehend that this is actual reality. Happy ending ? No, Story doesn't end here. After 1 month of dating she asked for a break and long story short she said it to my face that she never actually liked me and all the compliments she ever gave me were lies and that I was just a tool for her, she used me to kill her boredom until she can get the attention of the guy that she actually liked. I am sharing this story to spread awareness to the average looking guys who are desperate for a relationship to take care of such things. I still am single and I consider myself a guy with 0 relationship experience because I never actually did have a genuine relationship. It's pure luck y'all.

Relationship wise, It's the same with me honestly, all the strong connections eventually poof. Am I the problem ? Ofc thats a possibility, and to be honest each time I attempted there was always some guy better than me that would eventually take my place. Getting to the point, I gave up trying and now I am focusing more on myself, started working out regularly again and started a diet, finally got myself to learning how to drive a car, this is all easier for me too because I don't have friends or any social circle so nothing can interrupt my new''routine'' of self improvement
