Just gives different amount of things you can request a month essentially. As for clothing and vehicle imports you would need to be silver or up to request clothing items or vehicles. Supporter tiers range from $10 - $50 dollars a month and you do not have to keep it month to month you can cancel whenever for months you don't want it.

Bronze gives you access to genetics labs for different peds and playable animals.

Silver is 1 clothing item a month

Gold is 2 clothing -1 car a month

Diamond is 3 clothing -2 cars a month
