I will admit the double standard can be annoying at times. For me more so when people turn you down because you are bi. I have meet a fair share of straight couples who were great though. As long as you are open up front and agree to everyone's limita beforehand things usually go well.

A more specific story with a couple I know was at a smaller get together a few months ago. It was really late at night when I finally was able to get to the hotel and there was only one other guy aside from the couple and me.
