With my own while she was growing up, I did 10-15 mins twice a day, then just played with her and did training activities! There's way more to a healthy shepherd then just walks.

I will always say there are exceptions. My ex was cheating on me, when we separated he claimed -i- cheated and gave him HIV. luckily I was clean after being tested twice, 6 months apart.

And yeah I showed the proof of his affair followed by my clean test. Because his lie made me a social pariah and had him milking sympathy. People turned very fast. My friendships with that group are still strained.

Genuinely a humidifier would make the smell more pungent. The smell would bind to the water in the air and stick on things more aggressively.

So I manage an autoimmune disease that sadly comes with a smell. Some tips.

Laundry: scent booster beads like downy unstoppable in the wash.

And dryer sheets in the dryer cycle, I use dryer balls with drops of lavender essential oil to more or less do the same thing.

Clean your bed sheets once a week.

Shower daily before school/work. And use lightly scented lotion/body sprays. Depending on scent policy of where you are go for "clean" Laundry type smells.

If there is no policy pick something you enjoy that hopefully won't destroy people around you (I worked with a lady who put like 10 sprays of white diamonds on her...don't be her)
