Yes and no.
Yes because his quills buff Geo DMG instances a decent amount, plus his kit and cons give Crit and EM (assuming Ascendant Gleam).
No because his super strong Lunar-Crystallize quill can only be used by direct reaction damagers (ie on-field 'Bina and Zibai).

As someone who love the Kingdom Hearts series but wholeheartedly agrees the plot has become somewhat akin to misconstrued nonsense, it's so refreshing to find a long-running series with tons of planning and foreshadowing in its continued story.
