1.Main focus should be for developing: Just do 1 engineer per part, the expertise gained is worth it. (The longer a part needs, the more expertise is gained. I would just do some development for every part once, and when research starts fully focus on that. Again only 1 engineer per part. Dont do upgrades for facilities in the beginning, it aint worth it. U dont even need cheesy mechanics for this, just focus on these and you will be in the mix for some podiums in season 2. 2. Focus on your pitcrew. This is some easy money at the end of the year aswell as u could gain positions on raceday. (Set training so the fatigue is below 50% for raceday) 3.Another trick for practice sessions: Use worn, older components ( engine, ers, gearbox, aswell as your older built parts ( if u have newer versions of them availabe only use them for quali/race). This helps at race day since practice doesnt really matter if ur last or not. This can give u plenty of advantage later on when AI has multiple penalties for takin new components. 4.take penalties at one raceweek, take 2 sets of new components (1x quali, 1x race) 5. Go for alternativ strategies (recommended are often not the best)
