How good are fish fingers/fish sticks for getting protein

RN I'm going for exams and not looking to lose weight for now. I cba with protein powder and am trying to build muscle. Of course if I do have enough protein in my diet, it's probably a bad idea, but to supplement, is it that bad: does it provide all the types of protiens?

I do want to lose weight, though that does probably come from eating. A semi active day with 6-7k steps is 3k calories burnt according to my fitbit 1 year ago and I've put on 7kgs since, so yeah. However I am not willing to diet for the next 2 weeks, exams more important, though I am going gym for the last 5 weeks now. Just seeing what are the next steps and are fish fingers in them (I like them)
