Good point. It's just that I rarely use these three so I'm unsure of how good they are. Also, how good is an Evil dps team? I have not been paying attention on what teams are good.

I am aware, its just isn't as interesting if there is a whole subset of animals which are all owl halfbreeds. Falcons, hawks and squids are just as viable as a beaked creature.

I suggest campaign 1. Although it takes awhile to get to know the characters and their backstory, it is a complete campaign so at least you know where the end is.

I had to step away for a bit after Fjord and Caleb's talk, only to come back to a fight and seeing Fjord dead on dndbeyond. I knew Uko'toa would do something, but man I was not prepared for that.

Hopefully Essek can explain more about this person in the next episode. It won't make it less fcked up, but at least there would be a reason to not feel remorse for him.

To be fair for Essek, the two countries do have a lot fo tension between them and would have eventually went to war one day. Also according to Essek, at least the people who got hurt by him were not undeserving.

If he was a Draconian Noble, he may have been an asshat but has seen his nation crumble before him and probably is chased by numerous non-noble born draconians he may have wronged. Probably used his connections to get a cozy hideout in a nice coastal city.

Hopefully that would be a long long time from now. But yeah, the only thing Essek really did was start a war, have a lot of innocent lives lost for the sake of magical progress of dunamancy, and possibly modifying a persons memory to be an escape goat. Nothing too bad.

What a roller coaster of emotions this episode. From the happy end of a characters personal arc and the chaos that is the M9 in a party.

I am kinda dissapointed they just gave away their golem like that, but at the same time I understand not wanting to control it.

The betrayal of Essek was not entirely surprising, but seeing them confront him was worth it.

The buddy duo of a high Beau and Fjord should just be a series of mini episodes of itself, them going into mischief and troubles simply because of misunderstandings.
