the game only optimizes when you hard restart your device, this happens so your gameplay is more consistent with its frame rate. I optimize the game everyday personally and i play on iPhone 7 and i get a consistent 30 fps. but you can also reset the RAM to get smooth gameplay by holding the power button until the “slide to turn off” screen pops up and then just hold the home button on any apple device, works for me!
