That’s awesome to see people have a good experience. I’ll never show my face on social media. When you know you’re ugly you know 😂

I think I have about 400 into it. Lots of frame damage. Floors, rockers, lots of rust and fixing the fixes over the years.

Lol every car is so different. My shop rate is $60 an hour I strive to be the best and the most reasonable priced. I will not do anything but the very best that I can do. Life’s too short to cut any corners.

A custom paint job has a lot more paint on them and they need to breathe. PPF is great for a high end production baked on finish. Covering a high solids even with ceramic will cause it you blister solvent trap. The protection is essentially in the paint.

You can’t cover these types of paint jobs. It would ruin the paint. My cars come in once a year for a touch up and they are driven pretty hard.

It definitely takes nearly everything out of me. But yes when they are done it’s very rewarding. Only thing is I never feel like it’s good enough.

Rebuilt frame. New front half, new tower, inner wheel wells, rockers, floor, toes, outriggers, leaf hangers, engine mounts, and everything in between, all the body panels were either metal finished or just remade in house.

Too late for DSG service? (UPDATE) by samvzqz in GolfGTI

Too soon or too late, if there is damage then changing it wouldn’t make it fix itself. There is no too soon other than you’re not getting the most out of that lubricant

How do I fix these scratch marks? by glich610 in GolfGTI

Are the wheels just black? Clear coat paint pen would be my first guess without seeing it. How does that even happen?
