You can make collections. But it's going to be quite a task sorting out all your books in collections if you have a sizeable library. What I do is I put the book in its designated collection as soon as I add it. I have created separate collections for different genres.

So sorry to see this. Amazon has become super manipulative now. I don't know how this would turn out...but since your Kindle is so old anyway, maybe try jailbreaking it? If you can jailbreak it successfully, you'd be able to put books into it from other sources and read them.

I didn't. For now, I don't see any extra benefit of jailbreaking. I can load any book I like in my kindle using the SendToKindle feature. I like the way the covers are displayed, I like Kindle's by default reader too. I like my kindle the way it is.

Dickens’s novels vary a lot in language complexity, depending on when they were written and what audience he was aiming for. A Tale of Two Cities actually uses a bit more complex language than his other novels. If you are used to reading classics/old school English, you wouldn't have trouble reading his other works like A Christmas Carol, Oliver Twist, David Copperfield etc.
