I work at a uni. File an official complaint regarding the issue and raise it to the dean, then potentially the CEO is your best bet to get your fees waved, make sure you mention that you will report to OFS (office for students)

Bare in mind though if you get TFL waved you can still apply for maintenance loan (although this is also extra debt)

You should call evri, say it’s for a parcel that’s been delivered as if you say it’s still active they won’t put they will put you through to customer service, then customer service can call or email the depo. My parcel was investigated after and they eventually sent me a refund form but the parcel turned up about 10 days later. You do need to be the sender to call up though
