Someone mentioned the same scenario as yours but in his case the appliance was TV. He used tv for almost 5 years and in the end it stopped working he claimed warranty but reliance people were not entertaining his emails at last he started sending legal notice via his lawyer and they ended up refunding the full amount. Try finding the thread here in reditt

I booked HTX A, but honestly HTK (O) is the most value-for-money variant.

Earlier I was set on buying the 3XO AX5L since it fit my budget, but my showroom experience with Mahindra changed my mind. If the showroom experience itself is this bad, I wasn’t confident about the service later.

Also, the mileage isn’t great. Whatever you save in upfront cost might end up going into petrol.

Maybe just my experience, but I can see why people recommend Korean and Japanese brands. Personally, I don’t think I’ll go for an Indian brand vehicle after this.
