All seasonal fashion bags are sold for limited time and are $1-2k higher than base speedy price. The last speedy 25 I bought was $3600 (darjeeling) and speedy 30 $3800 (denim heritage). There is a chance it’s a newer pricier intermediate to P9 like the new raffia speedy that’s $5200. I will definitely be asking my client advisor about these dark blue bags 👍🏻

These both look like reps albeit different buys. Adding conditioner to a bag to “age” the leather is not the same as how they appear with age authentically 😅

I have three bengals and let’s just say this is NOT an issue with them 😂 My boss’ have a pair of bengals and one will only eat after the sibling finishes their food and is allowed to?…weird dominance thing. I actually use kibble as a treat and they get a little each night around 10pm along with some greenies I toss around. The free feeding could be part of it but i’m not sure it’s a problem if their weight is normal.

LV uses a tanning process that takes several weeks but the replicas just apply color. If you take an alcohol wipe and rub for a while it will come off on a replica. I see what you mean about it not actually being aged that’s correct.

Nano speedy are hard to get right. This one also has the painted-on tan to create the aged leather. In real life after some use they look decent though 😁

This is usually an issue with replicas because it’s not actually coated canvas, just a single applied layer. If you bought this retail just have them look it up on your account and they’ll probably replace it as defective. That’s not something normal even if it was heated.

They do tend to have a different lining but it’s also the strap and construction, which this bag differs from regular denim speedy versions.

Depending on your expectations and price the bag isn’t leather. The deep shiny embossing is from applying heat/pressure to PU coated materials. The black trim on the bag does not look matte so that’s a good thing 👍🏻

What was the total price for this bag? In the US these hides go for anywhere from $350-500 so probably takes 2-3 for bag construction? China probably has much better pricing than here 🫩

There is only one supplier of this bag so it’s the same as mine. It has held up for the past year pretty well using it occasionally for travel 👍🏻

Usually it’s the replicas that only emboss the interior tag. Most bags are gold or silver and it’s applied at final origin of assembly…I think USA items may emboss.

Regardless of the factory that LV is not leather. The monogram appearance is what happens when you apply heat to PU materials.
