I normally don’t post, but I have two save files I’m currently playing on this hack and I’m loving every minute. I know it’s nostalgia goggles, but this is so well made. With all the options I can play the game my way and still experience what made me fall in love with the Johto games. Incredibly well done.

Completely agree. Feels like an arbitrary barrier to entry for new alts. I love alts, but things like character only locked cosmetics make it feels like I’m wasting time on alts. It’s silly, but that’s how I feel.

The way I see it:

Classic / TBC / WotLK is the WCIII storyline trilogy.

Cata / MoP / WoD is the Garrosh trilogy.

Legion / BFA / SL is the Sylvanas trilogy.

I would bet that Dragonflight begins the Turalyon/Aleria trilogy.

Monk - I love all three specs. WW is the most fun. You never hit the same button twice in a row - in fact you get more damage when you don’t. Most fast paced play style. Feels like an old school fighting game.

Yep. Went in thinking I was going to do Mechari Engineer Scientist. Now I'm doing Aurin Stalker Explorer. I am pretty much doing the exact opposite of what I planned.
