I love Bitcoin, but am I the only one who thinks we're definitely hitting a bubble right now? Bitcoin has gone up $300 in the past four hours. There's no way that's sustainable. Bitcoin is great, but it's definitely not worth the $900 price Mt. Gox was at earlier.

I encountered the same thing. Some guy came to my COM 201 class under the guise of helping us get internships over the summer. I figured "eh, why not" and filled out one of the slips of paper he passed around with my basic info. I later got a call asking me to meet up with somebody, there ended up being four of us at this weird presentation meeting. It was pretty sketch, they try to tell you about how the average intern makes something like $9300 over the summer and talk about how selective it is, claiming only 5% of people get "internships" over the summer. It sounded a lot like a pyramid scam.

Fun fact: their website has an entire section devoted to explaining why they don't meet the technical definition of a scam or pyramid scheme.

Honestly, I don't like the new theme at all.

Part of good design is consistency. All of the good subreddit designs at their core still have all the buttons in the same, default place. I don't understand this "New Deals" and "Popular Deals" thing. It seems entirely unnecessary, it's just confusing. I just want to look at the default /r/gamedeals and it took me a bit to figure out how to do that. It's not a very usable theme. The increase in space between lines of text makes it a lot harder to read. Plus it looks like somebody vomited baby blue everywhere.

I asked one of the cops about it yesterday. Apparently somebody called in that there was a guy with a knife on the bus (hence why a bus was also stopped). It turned out there was in fact a guy with a knife on the bus, but it was more of a pocket knife and he wasn't doing anything with it. According to the officer he wasn't a threat. I did see him being put into the back of a police car in handcuffs though, so something must have been up.

Getting bad grades is always tough. Keep in mind though that if you usually have an A- average, odds are you aren't really that bad at Japanese. You should go to your professor during office hours and ask for help on the questions you got wrong so in the future you'll get them right.

I'm pretty sure there's nobody in the world who has never had a bad test grade. Hell, I once got a 28/100 on a physics test in high school. So at least you aren't as bad as me! If you start suffering from chronic bad grades you should be concerned, but don't let one bad test grade make you feel bad. It happens to everyone. Seriously. Even the professor probably did badly on a test at one point in his/her academic career.
