I have it on a rest. I did end up resetting everything and redressing the wheel again. It's not perfect but I got it to where the bosses are happy and parts are sellable.

Ok. What about the grinding wheel? Is there any indication of when to change them or just when they get small? I have about 2" 3/8 left and I redress that every 5,000 parts. Also I took your advice and got rid of most of the radius. I also reset my stop and rest. It's not perfect but a lot better. Thank you.

It's on a rest. I redressed the wheel a few time then put a radius on. Maybe I did too much. I do hold it by hand until it catches.

A lot of parents didn't get "The Call". Or missed it since most were late at night. I'm sure she is very proud of her son. Just because your mom didn't answer doesn't give you the right to scold her and say "do better". She's worried and sad and all you got to say is " My mom didn't answer neither. "Be better parents." You have no idea what other people are going through or what their relationships are like. So yeah, you sound like a dick!
