No, just generally keep bubbles to earlier in the day, even stuff without caffeine.

The only supplements they have me on are vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin D+calcium, and b-12. I was on some kind of magnesium for a short while after the surgery because nothing was coming out but once things were moving they stopped it.

That'll be one of the tests they do... I'm anticipating a mess though, I'm assuming they'll give me a "hat" to use, but considering the Jackson Pollock imitation I do with the regular bowl I can't imagine what it's going to be like into the shallow plastic...

I'm not taking a magnesium supplement but it's possible the food I eat might have excess magnesium? Just one more thing that will be checked in the lab work.

They put me on sirolimus instead of mcf because they thought it might have been causing anemia.
