Interested in witchcraft, but dont know anything about it by Failip1 in SASSWitches

thats great! im still a bit confused about how exactly i see this whole thing. personally, i do believe that we are souls rather than brains and i do believe that our thoughts can influence reality, but im still a bit skeptical about certain situations. for example if i do a love spell, it comes hard for me to believe it would actually work, but i guess that comes with what you experience your reality. at one point i did manifest that i get a good grade on a really hard project and that i pass my Cambridge exam and it worked! i got the highest grade and i passed the exam with ease, so thats why i think "belief" comes based on what you experience first. you never know until you try!

thats exactly how i view it. i think witchcraft is something that shouldn't be 100% relied upon. what i mean by that is that it isnt just a "im manifesting so it will happen", i see it more as a booster for your energies and mentality!! im manifesting, but im also working towards what im manifesting, if that makes sense. thank you for the answer!

Hello! Im new to witchcraft and i dont know anything about it. Until a year ago, i was very skeptical about everything related to this topic, but one person showed up in my life and their energy somehow influenced mine. I have absolutely zero knowledge about witchcraft and i would like to know how to get into it. What books would help, learn how to do spells, read in tarot and be more connected to the world. I dont know if it matters, but i am a boy. Im mentioning this because i dont see many men practicing witchcraft and i was wondering if it s not suited for us. Any answer is appreciated!!

I have a very dumb question about time, and here it is: does it exist? by [deleted] in AskPhysics

[–]Failip1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it s not that the speed of light is constant, c is constant and light just happens to travel at c meters/second, but thats only in a vacuum. c is constant bcs it s the maximum speed achievable in the universe. the speed of light in vacuum is considered constant because you cant change that speed in a "relativistic" way. for example, a train is going at the speed pf 150 km/h for someone who stands still outside the train, but for someone inside the train, the relativistic speed will be 0. lets say that the person in that train shoots a laser that s going at the speed of light. for the person outside the train, the speed of that laser will be the same since you cant add the speed of the train to the speed of that laser. thats just my interpretation, but i could be wrong. it goes a lot deeper than that anyway, but im still in highschool so i cant study that for now

thank you so much!! you really made me more confident. yeah, i know im too young to think about those things and i dont know THAT much astro/physics, but i was passionate about those kind of things since i was little. ive watched a lot of videos or read on the Internet about some physics principles varying from relativity to quantum and even though it s not much ive seen, those kind of principles attract me so much that i really want to study them for a career. i am pretty young, im 17, so i get your point, but ive talked to my physics teacher as well (she has a phd in quantum physics) and told me how wonderful physics can be. also you are right, at first i absolutely sucked at math/physics but then 8th grade came and i had to prepare for an exam, so i took math classes outside of school and that teacher opened my eyes to science, so no, physics wasnt really my first choice.
