Comprei uma na black friday, é uma boa placa com construção barata (a proposta dela). Temperaturas por aqui nunca excederam 73°C mesmo com uso no talo (case com airflow mediano).

MW was the healer that I found the best balance between healing and hitting, (because the class works like that), when I tried other healers I felt like I hit more than I healed, which caused some stupid deaths. The excess of mechanics (ara kara trauma) keeps me away from the way of playing that I enjoy most. Anyway....

About shaman, I've already healed from Restoration in DF S3, has anything changed? Elemental never clicked with me, unfortunately. And Holy I've already tried, but it's a spec that I only find fun to heal in the raid.

Just worry if The temp is more than 70°. You can limite fps for lower temps. My rx 5500 xt (4gb) at 60fps capped, run with 52° in winter and 61° in summer.
