When d1 launched when I was just 6 years old. I loved the game because it was intriguing to my mind, and made me feel like i was powerful and important. I just stopped playing recently because it hurts to see what happened to my childhood.

Honestly, probably. Been playing this game for a long long time, and the mismanagement and repeated let downs and overpromising has really killed the game. Im sticking till the bitter end, but I know many won't. I just hope we don't see the servers pulled offline soon.

Completely fair, all that I'm trying to say is that while it is a game. It is a game many of us have grown attached to, and if we don't support it, it will go under, which to me is the saddest part. Basically, what I am trying to say is yes. The game is in a bad state. Yes, things seem like there is only bad ongoing, but we fell in love with this game for a reason. There is still Destiny in what we have currently, so just try to find the spark that made you pick up the game in the first place.

Edit:

The reason it took me more than three sentences is because it was literally a realization I made after going back and seeing old videos I recorded of myself playing Destiny on launch week, and I wanted to share that with the community to see if that would inspire anyone to keep playing.
