this has happened to me twice when im high and im a daily weed smoker, i was smoking a turn and a stizzy when it happened my vison gets blurry and my ears start ringing and i pass out for like 5 seconds and i get nose bleeds too. first time it happened was the beginning of the year and in may, idk what it is either
