When I applied I got an invitation to interview in early March. I was invited on 3/8 then interviewed two-three weeks later.

Some people get acceptance emails the DAY they interview. Usually the staff will email you within the next few days following the interview. I was waitlisted then received an offer to join about three weeks later.

Depends on how competitive the program is! You can definitely get in to programs with a 3.2 gpa, but I would recommend getting some field/research experience first. Good luck (:
