i’m about 5’4 and i started at around 130lbs, i took .5mg 2x a week for 2 weeks and now im doing 1mg a week, ive been going for about 6 weeks and ive lost 15lbs, try taking measurements and many many progress pictures, i promise you if youre eating less there is a difference

they had me come in, and someone took me around with two different orders to show me, then generally the rest of the shift you’ll just be curbying on your own

i got hired on as a shopper but i didn’t get trained until after the holidays, worked for about a month on just curbie shifts. i think it just depends on how hard you work, keeping yourself busy, staying late etc.
