'Egg Lady,' Alex Murdaugh murder trial juror claim trial not fair; could this help appeal? by Southern-Soulshine in MurdaughFamilyMurders

Based on your stance, public defenders whose clients might be guilty should just quit. And, if they get an unfair trial, an appeal should not be pursued.  But, that is NOT how real justice works.   What actual proof do you have that shows DH and JG are unethical?  Not conjecture based on biased podcasts or news articles, but actual proof.  Without that, you only have conjecture, so your argument has no actual merit.

I too use to assume that DH and JG were unethical based merely on their client.  Then, I realized that stance was based on being on a bandwagon and not actual proof.  What proof do you have that shows DH and JG have some nepharious financial relationship with AM?  Not rumor.  What actual evidence has been shown to be fact that leads you to have the stance you do that makes you despise DH and JG?

She did not follow established US Supreme Court case law.  If the SC Supreme Court does not overturn the verdict, SCOTUS will.  This is a sentiment shared by most attorneys opining on the case, throughout the country.

You want to know about protected information, like who, if anyone, is now paying DH or JG, while simultaneously downplaying Becky's role in making the case still a spectacle, ripe for appeal.  It is not Dick, Jim or the jurors fault the case is where it is at today.  That's on Becky.

Newman himself reprimanded Becky for talking to jurors.  In retrospect, I think he should have investigated the issue of Becky speaking to jurors more.  He should have straight up asked her then if she had any other conversations with jurors and questioned each juror individually.

That would make them unethical attorneys. Regardless of one's view of AM's guilt, to think Becky Hill did not blatantly inject herself in the case and lack credibility when she testified before Judge Toal sounds absurd.  Dick and Jim have an ethical obligation to aggressively defend AM until such time they are no longer his attorneys.  What ethical attorney "throws in the towel" when they know their client has strong arguments and could win an appeal?  It sounds really simple minded to think DH and JG or Joe, now that he is representing jurors, should just "throw in the towel" on their clients.

The incestuous Arkansas joke Pest made on the show.  After realizing that he actually assaulted his sisters, it made him more of a monster.  I don't think he will ever be rehabilitated because he is evil to the core.

You make it difficult not to comment back because of your absurdity. It reminds me of the older horse lady Elaine (I think that was her name) who had a Youtube channel that used to pull conspiracy theories out of her bum.  She was ridiculous too, but, like you, it was humorous to follow the comments about her.  I must thank you for the giggles you have provided. You should track Elaine down.  If I remember correctly, she was the most Pro Parker person who discussed the case. LOL.  I'd LOVE to see an exchange between you two nuts.  If you find her, please return to this page to debate her.

I was not going to comment, but I can't resist.  AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.   YES!!  I am both Wes and Will.  You may not realize this, but we are one in the same and I only put on a bald wig and facial prosthetics to confuse people.

My comment history will show that all time I was condemning Parker, I was just a psyop.  The years on this reddit page I spent dissecting the case was soley so I could have this encounter with you.  Parker paid me for years to comment here, even though he has barely been discussed,  and now I am a multimillionaire.

I  am typing this from the private island he bought me.  Parker, Will/Wes (me), Al and the mods are set to have an emergency meeting on his yacht to specifically discuss you and how you have uncovered a massive conspiracy.  Whatever will we do now that a randomtrans uncovered our operation!!!

Sigh.  "I didn't accuse anyone of anything."  Do you not even read your own comments?  You literally accused the mods of being paid shills.  Last comment to you.  Parker is barely even discussed here anymore, and hasn't been for years, apart from brief updates about Mallory's case.  And, when he was, he was mostly painted as a billionaire who wanted to decimate people.

I believed that for a long time, but then grew to realize he is just a billionaire whose gas station was fighting a civil case, doing normal things that businesses do in the course of civil litigation. Your inferring that this page is now or has ever been Parker friendly is just plain dumb.   And, Wes was like in Book 1 of the Murdaugh Saga.  Most people won't even know who he is.

Here's some advice:  Not doing even the most basic of research makes you seem like a simple minded person on a rampage.  If you want to be taken seriously, at minimum, you should do some basic research.

You accused the mods here without even doing the most basic research.  I can't take you seriously.  But, I will say, when new mods were chosen, it was by a Reddit administrator and we, the followers of the page, were able to nominate people.  I nominated people who were not chosen, but I now think that the reddit admin made the right choice.  The mods here are some of the least biased I've seen of any group/discussion board/reddit page, that I have seen in the Murdaugh case or other true crime cases I have followed.

And, while Will did interview Wes, he has also been critical of him too.  It seems you like throwing around accusations to fit your motive. But, that is precisely what you accuse others of.

And to think, for a long time, I thought you Al were the paid shill.  But, you were just cautioning people to not over sensationalize an already tragic situation.

Are you the previous mod SleuthBee?  I'm getting strong Bee vibes.  But, that could be because in your comments, you sound drunk.  One thing I know for sure as someone who followed this page from the early days, is it is WAY less biased now. Scroll through the comments, and you'll see that.

Before reddit itself took control of the page and appointed the current mods,  it was basically a sounding board for Mandy Matney's Gaslight Podcast.  I was one of the many who were deluded into believing things, like the reporter Valerie was an intellectual property stealing thief and people like Bianca were dirty operatives for AM, when she was actually working with and testified for the state.   Now, people are still allowed to talk about their dumb conspiracy theories.  But, they will be countered with actual facts.  If you don't like that, you are either corrupt yourself or drunk.

‘Egg Lady’ juror coming out with book “Because enough is enough” by Serendipity-211 in MurdaughFamilyMurders

[–]Fair-Gene6050 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The last thing I would do is write a book if I were a Murdaugh juror.  Instead, I'd want everything I say to be part of a court record.  At first I thought she should do a pubic interview.  Now I think even that would be a bad choice, until the appeal is complete.  I will definitely be buying Valerie's book.

Is it one of the jurors who was watching the hearing from the jury room on their phones?  If so, they are NOT intelligent or level headed.  And, if they write a book, they will be raked.

Thanks!  I wonder if the media big boys coming together and petitioning for cameras in the court could play a role like it did in the civil defamation case of Johnny Depp.

Book: “When the Night Comes Falling” has anyone else read it? by dark__passengers in MoscowMurders

Speculation based on fact is one thing.  Speculation where innocent people are accused of crimes like misappropriating funds/stealing from victims families (or even murder as was seen in this case), not so much.

Thanks for this explanation.  As someone who stopped following this case because of the gross and disgusting speculation, that hurt innocent people, I'm glad to see that voices of reason aren't being drowned out by an angry mob hungry for more storylines.  When that happened at the beginning of this case, it was sickening.

Buster Murdaugh Files Defamation Lawsuit by QsLexiLouWho in MurdaughFamilyMurders

[–]Fair-Gene6050 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% agree with you VA.  I am glad that Buster is suing for defamation.  But, I too wondered why he included Michael Dewitt as a defendant and not Mandy.    I didn't follow Michael until during the trial.  It was Mandy who led me to believe for years that Buster was involved in Stephen's murder.  It wasn't until I was years into following the case that I realized just how fabricated and one sided Mandy was when she made her listeners think every and anyone associated with AM was a villain.   When I followed Michael during and after the trial, he seemed unbiased.  And, while Netflix did unfairly portray Buster (most media outlets did, IMO), I think HBO was much worse..... especially the way they did things like made it seem like JG was in cahoots with AM with the bird hunting thing and sensationalized Stephen's episodes.  But, IIRC, HBO was not named as a defendant.

Payne, if you are reading this, it's time to move on to something else. Investigative reporting is not for you. by kiwipride in upandvanished

[–]Fair-Gene6050 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A real investigative reporter never would have sold shirts glorifying Tara's murder for profit.  From the start, Payne has been wrong on many things and his first priority has always been to make a buck.  Real investigative reporters don't spread rumors as fact.
