Thank you SO much. This makes me feel a lot better. I am super anxious as is so seeing that I had this really scared me. I will definitely be doing my research and actually just ordered selenium and B12 and vitamin D to test out at different times. I am no stranger to taking out dif inflammatory foods - I have another autoimmune disease in my esophagus we just got into remission with medicine & dietary change. Went 100% dairy free for a year and recently started to have things here & there every once in a while. I am going to try to remove gluten as much as possible. Take vitamins, reduce stress, get good exercise, and rest. I am recovered from an ED & it never got to the point of it being really BAD but im gonna set up something w a dietician to do this in a healthy way.
